I was very pleased with the service offered by your Company and the prompt delivery, but rather disappointed with the bear. I bought a Steiff Elmo for my first granddaughter two years ago and another six months later for my grandson. My second granddaughter is due and her sister wanted her to have a different bear, so she chose this one. Although the price was similar, I did not think the quality of the fur was as good and generally found Elmo more appealing. I would not buy another George, but this is more the fault of Steiff and the problem with buying over the internet, when you are unable to "feel" what you are buying, which is what I did when I bought the first Elmo.

Thankyou so much for the beautiful Steiff Bear George. He was packaged up beautifully and is perfect. It was a really hard choice which company to order from but I made the right choice. He only took a couple of days to arrive and is exactly how described. He is gift wrapped so well, I won't hesitate in the future to send a teddy as a gift straight to the recipient rather than via me first.

As part of the family tradition, I ordered a Steiff 'George' bear for my first grandson, which was to be given to him on the day of his birth. I ordered George on 28 Sep, it was despatched on 29 Sep and I received him on the 30 Sep. Hywell was born on 6th Oct 2011. After months of browsing the web I came across Teddy Bear Friends, and what a find. This is a fantastic website, the ordering was easy and straight forward and the deliver super fast. 'George' arrived in his own special delivery box in pristine condition and packed perfectly. I have to say his delivery box is a keep safe in itself. I cannot recommend Teddy Bear Friends enough. I am very impressed and will be visiting again for future presents. I am sure other customers will be just as satisfied as I have been.
