Have taken delivery today of the lovely letter L Jemima Puddleduck . It is so sweet, the perfect gift for a newborn who may just about have everything else. It was well packaged and was able to have it delivered to neighbour if out, a bonus when at this time of year parcel offices are so busy.

This is just to say I have been delighted with the letters. I bought the E when I was in callendar and wanted the rest of the letters to spell out my granddaughter's name. I came across your website by chance and so sent for the letters. We are expecting another grandchild in October and will be ordering some more letters from you then.

Fantastic service. Had made a slight error in my order. I was telephoned to be told this instead of me receiving the wrong item. Had ordered 4 Beatrix Potter characters and 1 Winnie Pooh should have been all Beatrix Potter. They are lovely and have used the company twice now the first time for a newborn present and the second for a christening - will definitely use company again.
